makes my blood boil, 5/2 Coral and 365 also , jokers

Your getting all het-up for nothing. He wont be running in the race anyway.
By:
Er, I think that's the point Miller!
By:
miller seems to have the game by the b0llox
By:
The "point" is that your time would & should be more into finding winners between now & then (Boxing D) Your getting yur nickers in a twist over nothing imo.
Get a grip . |
By:
my point is that some mug punters in the shops might take a price on a horse that is clearly not running and do their cash.
Get your brain in gear before posting. |
By:
If so called "mug punters" are that easily fouled then I have little sympathy for them.
They need to get help or gain a much better knowledge of this great sport. Like I said, your getting your nickers in a twist over nothing. ![]() END OF. ![]() |
By:
so you think that a 10 quid punter that walks into a billy hills and has his tenner on a definate non runner ante post - deserved to be shafted
Wafc |
By:
Miller sounds like a real nice chap.
![]() Bookies like to take advantage of some that may not know as much as others, bang out of order. |
By:
They have been doing that for years.
Smarten up I say. |
By:
nice fellow
By:
No room in the world of punting for being a "nice guy" imo. Plenty of other times for that.
By:
Hope you end up skint pal
By:
Yes, they have been doing it for years, dont make it right.
If a horse aint likely to run in a race then offer with a run, otherwise leave it out of the betting, pretty simple really. Don't think a bookie will suffer too much if he did that. |
By:
So budd you would have all bookmakers give a non-runner no bet in ante-p markets would you.
Wake up & smell the coffee for god sake As for "the clown" jibe (well named imo) ![]() |
By:
The trainer said he was not in the race, won't be in the race. It is an attempt at robbery by the ante-post bookies imo.
By:
I will say it again to ALL punters out there, smarten up lads.
Fools & their £££ & all that. |
By:
So is it ok for bookies to stuff their ante-post lists with horses not entered?
By:
Kind of with MR67 on this one. Those slagging Laddies would have no problem laying the horse on here if they could. The number of saps who will back Sprinter Sacre will be nothing compared to the unfortunates who fill the FOBTs.
By:
So budd you would have all bookmakers give a non-runner no bet in ante-p markets would you.
Yes,for horses that have virtually no chance of running in the race,i do. Although it would be better not to be quoted at all. They can have a book on the KG with SS at the bottom quoted with a run, whats wrong with that? . |
By:
ive said bookies should put up 2 set of different prices on ante post, one with nr nb and one all in , so punters can chose,
By:
To be quite honest the bookies in question should remove Sprinter Sacre from their lists. And people wonder why people are not interested in betting on horse racing....
By:
Sacre not in the market now
Simonsig 4/1 Fav |
By:
He would not be a deff runner either, false fav imo.
By:
They still got Simonsig 2nd fav for the queen mother too
![]() Ive never blamed a bookie for an antepost bet i struck that didnt run (thats madness), but the cheeky part was the short odds. If he was a more tempting price i might have even stuck him in a mug acca. Not sure what odds id want but id take much less than 1000/1 that Simonsig beats sprinter in the tingle creek and Henderson swaps them around. |
By:
anyone want 16/1 Telescope for the Arc with Sporting Bet, #ffs
By:
Simonsig is being aimed here as per Hendo
