I asked if there were any amateur handicappers on this site, because I was puzzled with the form of GALICIAN against
QUICK WIT a horse rated at 109 against her rated at 90, she only received the fillies allowance and should have got 19 lbs in a handicap,
yet beat QUICK WIT by 3 3/4 lengths, it seems that the form was truer than we were expected to believe, thanks MR JOHNSTON.
