Is Greatwood running in the Dante after being withdrawn from the Lingfield Derby Trial when the rain came?

I backed him too Teets, eachway at 33/1 after he won his maiden. I was expecting they would head to Chester though, not york! Loch Garman advertises his 2yo form today in the Derrinstown.

Been at the York May meeting a few times over the past 20yrs & enjoyed it, as York is a fantastic racetrack & excellent value for £££ with top class racing on show.
But not for the 1st time this flat season we have a very important classic trial only 2wks from the main events (Derby & Oaks) madness imo.
Our Derby needs to be moved to the 2nd wk in June, top class horses need at least 3wks between races, especially 3yos imo.

is it possible to add a horse to the field at this stage?

wat about greatwood out to 50 on ere seems a big price for not running saturday

@sinfin -- probably the Greatwood layers believe he will not run in the Derby if he does not win (or go close) in his trial race, and whereas he was odds-on for the Lingfield Derby Trial, he will not even be favourite for the Dante. I'm vaguely surprised connections did not wait for the Predominate instead, but I suppose it is encouraging they are not running scared of Telescope. 50/1 might technically be a value price, on a line through Windhoek.
