liked Banoffee on her debut and have backed her today @11,led all the way looking like she was going to get swallowed up in the straight, ended up winning going away, hopefully wins today and gets supplemented for the oaks

ok here is my view (for what its worth) she was still realy green at the back of the field pitching a propping and climbing all over the backs of everything. When she finally got her act together she did impress me and Fallon was even strangling her on the line. At this moment in time i would probably have her 8-10lb below what stable mate Shirocco Star had achieved by this time last season and we know how close she came last season. With bundles of improvement still likely, she is not a forlorn hope(14s i think i've seen quoted) the one major worry for me would be the track at this stage, but todays experience may have done her the world of good. I know she has to supplemented, she does have an entry for the Ribblesdale but there is only one Oaks and may guess is the will have a pop,me i'd wait for for ascot(but what do i know.lol)
sorry for being long winded but us old g1ts do go on a bit, good luck tt and well done again today

The winner has to be supplemented for the Epsom Classic at a cost of £30,000. It remains to be seen whether that will be the case but Morrsion said: "She was not showing much back in March so I didn't think it was worth the money to enter [in the Oaks].
"We'll have to discuss it and she will probably go straight there. She's a naturally good racehorse and with a great character."

the way i read the Weld filly was that they wanted blacktype from a weak race, this filly was obvs not that well regarded at a foal/yearling as connects sold her dam on basis of Salhooda (means Camel btw), should appreciate a flatter track but once she gets black type i dont think they'll be aiming for much more bar a win at listed level
