what tidal did yesterday was nothing short of brilliant under that weight.

Aimed at Lexus?
|

By:
Yeah JOCI, PFN has mentioned the Lexus in his comments today.

Record of Hennessy runners not good at Chepstow is it?

You can have a good laugh at me but I rated Tidal the top staying chase performance of last year in the Whitbread. he did the same again in the Hennessy. If Nichols had him from young I don't think Kauto or Denman would have a GC between them. Kauto may have had 6 tingle creeks mind you.

You should read PFN's blog on here re Tidal Bay after his Henessy run.

Nicholls wouldn't keep Tidal Bay in this 'in case' Lexus is called off, would he? Would also keep his 2 best chances on low weights and plenty out of h'cap.

Have a feeling its top staying chases rest of the season for TB,and deserves it.
Cannot see another handicap, except maybe Sandown again?? |

Not saying he'd run him. Pull him out day of race so weights don't go up.

The Grand National for TB surely ?
|

I backed him last time he ran in the GN but he was a bit of a dog back then. Would be delighted if he won and last year showed high weights can win now. Would take a mammoth effort though.

Would also need a superb and lucky ride given his style of racing.

A different animal now. Has the class and style of racing to win it imo

His form of the Hennessy, in relation to Bobsworth, is too good for him to be mincing around in Nationals. IMO

Well hes going for the Gold Cup,dont think we will see him in the national as well.
