The Prix Maurice De Gheest is a Group 1 race over 6 ½ furlongs. It is open to 3 year olds and older. Sundays line up contains last year’s winner Moonlight Cloud, who last time out finished a close 2nd to Aussie wonder mare Black Caviar at Royal Ascot. Also in the field is Marchand D’Or who won this race 3 years on the bounce from 2006.

I've taken 11/10 Moonlight Cloud. Backed her in this last year (posted on another thread) where she put up her most impressive performance of the season. 6f on Good ground is just a fraction to short for her, 6 1/2f with ease is perfect.

So access the race video on here for the 2.45Galway (coverage starts 5 minutes before the race) and you should get to see the Prix MDG. if you dont know all you have to do is click into the 245Galway market...click bet for any horse and ask for £2 @ 1.01 and access to the live video will be okay. |
