You seem to have the results for long ago winners of great races,
can you remind me of the Ascot gold cup winner which went on to win ARC please?

I seem to remember STANERRA won two one year and two the following year, am I right foetus?
Trelwaney won a few when trained by George Todd, he had previously been trained by one of the Colling brothers, became a decent stayer with G.Todd. |

I can't remember two years running to be honest...Prince of Wales & Hardwicke double if I remember right, but not certain if it was 82 or 83.

She might have won handicaps the first time, as a 4yo I think then the two that you mention
as a 5yo plus as you say the Japan cup at seasons end. Was she trained by Michael Grassick? |

Frank Dunne trained her, and was possibly the owner as well (I'm not sure of that) yellow & black stripes if memory serves - those were the days
