Since Black Caviar has never raced over a mile then a clash at this distance won't happen and as much as i respect the sponsors of the Sussex upping the prize money to a million it is a token gesture. If QIPCO really want to see the big two face off then they should offer a match race at 7 furlongs on a left handed track to entice Black Caviar's owners. This would be an even footing if the race was to hypothetically take place in the UK. So who would win?? Who knows but Frankel is used to passing pacemakers at the minute and not a superstar like Black Caviar.

Both horses are special, but at diff trips, just enjoy them both at what they do best at, winning G1s.

Miller why just enjoy both when a match race could be made?? Horse racing needs match races like Seabiscuit v War Admiral etc so the public can enjoy and savour this great sport. 7 furlongs is a perfect distance so why settle for second best when if this match was pushed with massive sponsorship it could be made.

Let's get this straight, this would be the mother of all races.
Sure frankel is good but I think they would have to do a mile. Over 7 fls iv changed my mind already. I'd say black cavier world be 1/2 or shorter at that distance. Let's see eat she does at the diamonds. Only ever been extended twice by same horse. Over a mile 5/6 |

i wonder how they would be ridden if racing each other over 7f. i would like to see a repeat frankel 2000guinees style performance and destroy black cav like he did to canford. paca is pace and it stays at least 1m. any ideas?
