Admittedly a strange sort of race but Gosden horse is well thought of and the other two had won nicely enough last week.
Also JOB's tactics showed a fair amount of confidence in the horse, all of which bodes well for the rest of the season.
Wouldn't be surprised if it went on to much better things.

At the risk of incurring the usual slating I get on here from sintonian, this fellow Imperial Monarch is a really lovely looking colt when you look at him in the parade ring. For sure he'll go on to greater things.

Will be backing this horse for the Derby already on Camelot but this horse seriously impressed me tbh. He covered so much extra ground and still won going away. Looked great in the paddock and reminded me of Workforce a little bit physically.

Masterminded he did it superbly well today. I know for a fact how impressed they've been with the way he's matured over the winter and today he was just ready to start off again. He'll improve again and go on from here.

Only seen him on the box but gave the impression of being quite on the leg & probably wouldnt be totally suited by Epsom.
His 2 track starts to date have been on galloping tracks. & you would have thought  Aiden would have sent him to somewhere like chester to give him a more focused experience if he had Epsom on the agenda.
That said he may well be palnning a further run to gain more experience Dante?

Mmm not sure what you mean here. I dont slate you. Just simply point out and ask why you say the same thing about EVERY Obrine horse. It doesn't add to the debate at all.

Perhaps you can give us an update on Wading?
