won't work

all that happens is you loosen the top inch or two but the good ground remains underneath

turns it in to false going, like a rug on a polished wooden floor

better off, at this stage, just leaving it

Total and utter Balls watering the Mildmay course, i can just about understand doing the GN course because they are really hell bent on easier ground but ffs its hardly a road

totally agree zilzal, 15 to 25 secs slower than standard today mainly

Just back,no denying ground drying up despite times. As walking off course hour after last race, couldnt believe they were layin the wateringn hoses. Spoke to a groundsmand said he was putting on 5mm. 
Whilst I know Aintree drys fast, I could not believe the ground before racing when walked on the course. This drys faster than any course i know.
