Maybe but was getting 13lbs from second who faded badly on the run in. Winner of Triumph recently not sighted on racecourse until Jan or Feb so I'll be keeping my powder dry.
Trainer has just said he's got two or three others to run in next few days. |

Deadloss who was a part-owner of Walkon used to post regularly on here. If he is also involved with this one good luck to him, a very decent forumite

I was suitably impressed to take the plunge...not a strong division so far - might not want the ground too fast though

He was impressive. Beat a good horse in second aswell.

He received 13lb weight for age allowance so effectively level weights with second. Time over 3 seconds closer to standard than other novice hurdles on card. Very impressive and I've had a good e.w bet at the 16-1 and 14-1 available after the race.

Was going to win easy today until the mishap at the 2nd last. If the horse is fit and well after his mishap still looks on target for the Triumph

This beast is the one they still have all to beat next month. Another solid performance yesterday

Stable continue in very good form and trainer has always appeared to think he needed plenty of experience, which he now has. Solid choice.

Balder Succes, from the same stable looks a good each way bet at around 10-1.Thats my bet anyway.

Would hope to see Kings runners fare better today but nonetheless I still fancy Grumeti!

why should grumeti beat PEARL SWAN. pearl swan wasnt expected to do much when beating grumeti at chelt...and was conceding 3 lbs...pearl swan should be fav for me.

Sorry to pi$$ on your parade chaps but I think Urbain De Sivola will give a rather good account of himself today, there are tentative form lines which throw him right in the mix so at double the price of the other leading candidates he looks very good value. GL all.

I wouldn't mind if he won Solving.

I suspect you have yourself rather well covered in this Sint? I have a saver on Pearl Swan but both UDS's, Dodging & West Brit all big winners for me GL

grumeti to place please

Compensation awaits at Aintree.
The flat track there shouldbe ideal. |

AGREED. JUMPS BETTER ON A FLAT TRACK IMO

Agree with last 2 posters. Didn't jump as well today as in previous races. Looked the winner when kicking on before the last. Didn't see it out up the hill. He still has loads of speed. I still feel this horse has a bright future of the sticks.

I agree.
I dont actually think it was a case of him not seeing it out, he just missed a couple of hurdles during the race. When Choc picked him up after one mistake he came straight back on the bridle. I wont be losing the faith for sure. |

I hope most of you got your money back today.
As apieceofcake quoted above, "Aintree awaits" Well done |

By:
Sure did.
