Think the RP must have the weights wrong here. How can Cash & Go, a 4 year old, be giving Sous Les Cieux, who has won a Grade 1 and is a 5 year old, weight?! Thought it was 11-7 for 4 year olds and 11-10 for 5 year olds

Nice one BJG. Be hard enough to give him a race getting 3, never mind giving him it!
It is hard to get enthused about some of these Irish Grade 1's imo. A lot of the time they are tiny fields with an odds-on Fav so from a punting perspective they can be quite boring imo.
I'd not want to oppose Sous Les Sieux at 1/2 but at the same time would not want to back him either.

Can totally see where you are coming from Sint. But from an owners perspective they are dream races. €16k for second. There was a really decent novice hurdle at Newbury last week with Ericht and Montbazon in it and only £2.5k to the winner. Unbelievable imo.

Cheers Sint. Obviously impossible for me to have any objectivity! But the biggest plus for me was that he has proved he can go on the better ground.
He didnt jump as well as he has, but perhaps going left handed for the first time didnt help hugely. His jumping is usually spot on. He's prooved he has a big heart, especially considering he was a year younger than the two behind him.

Yep he does. He aquitted himself well in that bumper behind Waaheb, not easy for young horses against older beasts like that imo.
Waaheb is only 4 too!! He must be an absolute monster (if he can jump).
