I know he is fav for the RSA Chase at the Festival but I have a feeling that he may not turn up.
He looked very impressive lto and the very fact that connections were even contemplating the Betfair chase this weekend shows the regard that he is held in.
If he looks as good next time I think there is the very real chance that he may contest the Pillar chase against older horses in January. Win there and the Gold Cup could be hard to resist.
This is the only reason I have not backed him for the RSA chase tbh.

Not nuts, they were talking about the Betfair Chase and they did it with Gloria Victis - however you would hope that memory would be enough to ensure they don't go down the GC route this year. Give Grands Crus the chance to develop and they may well have a GC winner IMO

20/1, 20 to fec king 1   How could anyone back him at those odds, the layers must be p1ssing themselves.I expected that kind of odds from the firms but not here. Tbh I thought that he would be over 50/1. |
