Tickets readily available on the door (kiosks outside main entrance) for €8.
How are you getting there - first race is 12.10 British time so don't hang about ![]() |

Hi Springy, thanks for your response.
What time do you reccomend leaving and whats best eurostar or plane, ignoring expenses. Thanks |

well I'm on the 8.26 arrives into Paris Gare du Nord at 11.47
then catching the metro to Porte Maillot, up the stairs and catch the free bus to the track (they run every ten minutes) Should be able to get there in decent time provided Eurostar is to time. Last race at 6.15, get the free bus back to Porte Maillot, metro back to Gare du Nord and I'm on the 20.43 back to London. That's the plan anyway ![]() |

Sounds like a good plan, so good I might jump on your bandwagon

one word on betting with the PMU, they can be painfully slow to process bets especially as the afternoon goes on.
I'm picking my bets out before I get there and will put most of em on when I arrive (up to the Arc anyway) - some of the windows over towards the paddock side are less crowded as their minimum stakes are 10-20 Euros etc. Might have my Cadran bet on here though before I go just in case things don't run smoothly ![]() Sure you'll have a great day mate - hope you back a few winners !!! |
