Why would you do that unless he was your son?

Why wouldnt you put a grade 1 jockey on a grade 1 horse?

My money will not be coming out to play on this silly plan for the Irish race at Leopardstown.

I don't think there is anything wrong with AOB putting his son on SYT. His time riding flat horses is limited
and his father is giving him a chance to enjoy the big time while he can. It was great to see the joy on AOB's
face after ROC won the irish 2,000. He may not be as good as Ryan Moore but he's still a very good rider and
I don't see the other Ballydoyle riders as being significantly better. Good luck to the lad.

Im just going on record as saying this is a very bad plan, and if he actually wins it will give them false confidence to let him ride in either the ARc, BC or Cox Plate.

Lets not forget he checked into SYT like a complete muppet when he lost in the POW.

He dose not have the skills to be piloting a top 20 rated horse let alone a top 5 rated horse.

Punters deserve better than this.Shocked

ForceMajeure - Joseph O'Brien did not ride SYT in the POW - it was Ryan Moore.

Anyway - Heffernan will be riding SYT as is now known.

I didn't say he was riding SYT, he checked into SYT on the pacemaker, i know he wasnt riding him.

"Anyway - Heffernan will be riding SYT as is now known." Well if that is now a known fact im all for it.
