Last week Teddy Grimthorpe said that Frankel was likely to have his final race of the 'season' at Champions day at Ascot, with the word 'season' used and not 'career' does this infer that Frankel will race on as a 4 year-old.

It certainly infers it, and I wouldnt be surprised to see him raced as a 4yo.

confirmed today by Sir Henry Cecil, one more run this season then to stay in training as a 4yo, great news!

Just before C4 went off air they were saying Frankel will run in the International at York, since then I've seen Cecil quoted as saying he's 50/50 to run at York and will finish at Ascot in Champion Stakes or QEII, and elsewhere seen it written and claimed that he will defnitely run in the QEII & at 4.
Does anyone have the definitive answer?

Latest was he will not run at all til October 15, then put away til next season Cry
