The ground is very fast (the previous h'cap was a second under standard) and Workforce is a proven 1m4f soft ground animal - yet to be convinced about SYT as any sort of superstar - high class horse yes but he isn't fit to clean Sea The Stars horseshoes imo.

I'd have thought the Juddmonte / Irish Champion / English Champion would have been the obvious route? I guess they want to aim some of their 3 year olds at those to enhance their stallion prospects??

Very good horse but the race really went his way today - he did to Workforce what Rewilding did to him at Ascot.
