Probably shooting myself in the foot when he wins by 5 lengths going away but I really can't see Overdose coming across for his UK debut, being ridden by a jockey who has only ridden over here a handful of times and is up against 4 group one winners. I also think that he won't be able to a soft lead from the front as Tangerine Trees looked really good in the Palace House and Markab will also want to be up there.
Kingsgate Native and Sole Power look great value and may also have some on Tangerine Trees.
Ithink your right about no soft lead, tang trees is a big danger and could spoil the equilibrium of overdose if he gets in a battle for the lead.
Still overdose is a fast starter himself so it will be interesting.

Dont think jockey on overdose is that important,as he is simply a point and shoot sprinter. a suborics is actually top class and has won many gp one's around the world so no worries on that score for me.

Fair enough Ribot. Actually think it is lining up to be a cracking race. I am out all day and so will be watching when I get home.
Good luck with whatever you back.

Horse have traveled further only to lose and he didn't come by bus. Probably takes him longer to get to the gallops in the morning
It was inevitable they would end up on these shores sooner or later but Michrich relax mate i think you are spot on.
Really can't see him losing in what after all is only a Group 2 race.
I hear Moore was in two mind on whether to go to Haydock or not which doesn't speak well for King's Native's chances but expect a big run from New Planet who I hear is doing se sterling work on the Malton Gallops.
I do think he'll win but he's an unknown in the Uk so I'm backing Overdose and New Planet against the field plus having a rfc.
I doubt if anyone could go wrong backing Overdose and laying him in running he's be odds on after 2 furlongs if he bounces out the stalls.
I just hope some smart a$$ doesn't have a master plan to hold him up for a couple of furlongs,
I hope they just let him run and he puts up a performance to scare the life out of the sprinting world.
Be like having two Frankels
