Seems that way considering O'Brien has 8 of the 22 left in the Derby at this stage.

Worth a new thread?

Where's this quote anyway and what relevance does it have considering they're both training for the same owners?

Start a thread if I want to. It is relevant to the premier Classic now fk off time-waster.

SO no relevance and not worth a new thread then.

Maybe Fabre's getting annoyed that he ain't getting the green light from Ireland.  You covered on him yet?

The day an idiot like you controls who posts what on here with your track record is the day the forum turns out the lights, now go pollute some other thread.

I've searched google and can't find anything.
Without a link or quote this thread is pointless.

Exactly.  He's posted the exact same thing on the Pour Moi thread.

Must be in the Post, that's where the Propunters get their hot info.

You started the thread eric.
Post the quote and then maybe we can make up our minds as to whether we agree if Fabre is taking a side-swipe at O'Brien's multiple darts.

It's not difficult to understand.

Looks to me like eric started the thread off the Headmasters comment in the Pour Moi thread and can't find a quote to back it up.

Eric panicing because he hasn't got Pour Moi in the book and it would lose him so much face if he now backs it (not that there is much face left to lose after the Frankel Derby and 1,000 Guineas threads)Laugh

Have you torn up your Frankel Derby slips yet or are you going to mail them to Kahllid Abdullah and ask for a refundCry

Anyway I thought you (aka Mayweather) was on holiday[;)]

completely agree with Tavaris.

Eric wants a bit of attention so started a  pointless thread not even containg the relevant story/quotes.

Must be licking his Wounds from the Frankel debacle. And what a debacle it was!

Curious what did he say? TBH doesnt sound like Fabre at all he if this was his belief he wouldnt be making it public

Headmaster posted it in the other thread.
As predicted eric hadn't seen the quote before making this thread, there was absolutely in no way a side swipe at O'Brien.

Fair doos

I agree with Eric. Fabre may just have been having a quiet dig and hoping OB would withdraw a few of his horses. I suspect Fabre really fancies Pour Moi and a bit like Ferguson is using mind games to try and get his horse into the Derby with the best possible chance.

If OB took out 4 of his 8, I reckon almost for sure there are at least another 4 coming out. This would leave a pretty small field of 14. Pour Moi would seem to me on form to have at least as good a chance as anything else in the race. If he had won the races he has with the style he has and been owned by the Queen and trained by a knight of the realm he would probably be favourite.

He does have a pretty decent chance.

I disagree.
Aidan is an employee and will do what he's told. As will Fabre imo.
Any dig at Aidan would be aimed at the wrong place.

Obviously they both can influence the decisions but I very much doubt whether either has the ultimate final say on the matter.

Its not O Brien that even decides...everyone knows it. Its Magnier. O Brien is like the face for the nuts and bolts turning and crankling in the back round.
