Turpin looks only threat to Goldikova and can't have him so soon after the disappointing run at Newbury.

Jimmy Fortune on Turpin - a couple of days ago they said they'd booked Soumillon

Great race, best of the season so far imo, and I really like Byword and Rajaman to upset Goldikova.
Final Decs: Goldikova Byword Rajsaman Dick Turpin Ransom Note Cirrus Des Aigles Pan River Shamalgan Flash Dance Might have a decent bet on Byword e/w if I can get around 4/1 (surely a certainty for a place?) with a small win bet on Rajaman at 7/1ish |

Franck Blondel broke his arm so the ride on Cirrus Des Aigles became available. Soumillon obviously fancies his chances more on the course specialist than on DT.

For no reason at all
Ispahan is my favourite plant. Its a Gallic rose, a big bush that grows anywhere and needs little care. It has zillions of perfect double rosette style flowers, a pure pink with nice green centers. It grows about 5x5 foot. I have 6 of them scattered around the garden and they look fabulous all July. I am sure this will not decide the each way bets of unclepuncle but I thought you should all know. |

Good horse indeed!
Looks like Dick Turpin flattered to deceive in his first run of the season. |

Turpin is a lot better than this. Really strange decision to run him 8 days after a race on ground they said was too firm.
