Does anyone know where you can see the entries for the Prix Ganay? Planteur is heading there, and I think Cape Blanco is, and probably Cirrus des Aigles. Could be a really hot race
Nvm I found it: http://www.paris-turf.com/reunion/pid57-course.html?idcourse=772063
Jan Vermeer also has an entry as well as Sarafina. JP Spencer to ride Cape Blanco

I like Sarafina and think she was the best horse in her last two runs but Cape Blanco has the advantage of a run and I don't think was ridden to best effect in Meydan plus I wonder do synthetic surfaces really suit a horse that grinds out a win more so than quickens. The betting will be interesting.

It's a good line up this year. I think Planteur will probably be favourite, but Cirrus des Aigles must have a good chance as well. I think the value about this race will be backing Sarafina for the Arc after she gets beaten.

Corine Barande-Barbe, trainer of Cirrus des Aigles "He's very well, in top form and looking forward to go racing again. He should have raced in the d'Harcourt, but developed a spot on a leg, which had to be treated so I couldn't run him."
Elie Lellouche, trainer of Planteur "He's in good form and over his best distance. The colt acts on all grounds and he's being working normally since his last race. He's a very kind an easy horse to train and I am running a leader [PouvoisAbsolu] to have a normal and regular pace. He has done very well since his seasonal debut."
Carlos Laffon-Parias, trainer of Silver Pond "Four days before his last race, he was lame because of a shoe problem so missed two days but he was fine to run in the race. You never quite know if it played a role on the fast ground. Now he's 100 per cent. Maybe, we didn't make the right decision to make all last time and things will change this time as there is a pacemaker in the race."
Aidan O'Brien, trainer of Cape Blanco "We were happy with his run in Dubai and we are happy with him since, although we haven't done a lot with him. When he ran in the Jockey Club (10th), it was a very warm day and he had a long enough flight. We just put it down to a bad day. In the Arc (13th), he got a bump and it was very bad ground so we put it down to both of those things."
Alain de Royer-Dupre, trainer of Sarafina "She have had no worries about her during the winter. Physically, she is well and there's no doubt about that. Now we must see whether she needs an outing or not. Last year she needed a run in the Vermeille to be spot on for the Arc. Now we must see if she can immediately run up to her best form or needed the race. She's done sufficient work and this distance is ideal for her reappearance. The filly can adapt to all going and is easy to train."
