'bookmakers' are still offering odds on 2 confirmed non runners,confirmed on sporting life and other press releases.
3 are offering odds on scalo..hk vase,who is not travelling due to illness.
7 are offering odds on summit surge also not running in hk cup.
this information is freely available to the general public so why do these major bookmakers act in this manner.
Are they trying to catch people out and make a quick buck or is it that they are so incompetent that they don't know?
