Getting his act together...nice win in the Iroquois...chased some brutal fractions that day. clearly not short of pace and stamina laden on both sides of the family.
JESSICA HARRRINGTON’S star two-year-old Pathfork will tackle the best in America on dirt when he lines up in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile at Churchill Downs in early November.
The unbeaten colt will bypass top European races such as the Dewhurst in order to try the dirt in Louisville on November 6th, a move that could indicate a Classic tilt on next year’s Kentucky Derby at the same track.
Harrington isn’t thinking that far ahead but confirmed the Breeders’ Cup plan after consulting with Pathfork’s American owners, Tommy and Bonnie Hamilton.
“It will depend on Pathfork continuing in good form and how he takes the trip to the US but we’re happy with him and the National Stakes doesn’t seem to have taken anything out of him,” said Harrington.

The colt's trainer Jessica Harrington said on Monday: "Unfortunately Pathfork won't be going to the Breeders' Cup. He's had a minor setback and he just won't be ready intime to travel. It is only a very minor problem."
Pathfork gave his trainer and jockey Fran Berry with a first Group 1 success when landing the National Stakes and of his three wins have been achieved over 7f at the Curragh, where he also won a maiden and the Group 2 Futurity Stakes.
The son of Distorted Humor is available at 16-1 for the 2,000 Guineas although he is as low as 10-1 in places.

In a nutshell you have epitomised all that is wrong with the Betfair forum. Someone asks a question. I try and answer that question by way of posting a quote. I do this to try and be helpful. Then for some reason you feel the need to criticize my reply, add nothing to the subject of the thread, do nothing to answer the original poster's question, and finish off by using abbreviated bad language. Well done. I hope you feel very smug and clever.

An intriguing Kentucky Derby candidate imo. The right mix of stamina for the distance and top class 2yr old form. Sire is goodun too...Has produced a whole host of top class 10furlong dirt performers and will be going for his 2nd K Derby win after Funny Cide's win.
fair play to the owners if they shoot for it and stick with Jessie at the same time.
