Why was it not in the list. I was torn in Arkle between LML and Spirit River as think they will both rack up 5 wins before Arkle but didnt have a choice ?
Any idea why ? Seems madness that fav for a bonus race not even in the list !

probably because the list was compiled before he did anything much..certainly over fences....so he would have at that point been viewed as a decent novice hurdler from last year....there's probably a good few 130 odd rated that aren't in the list....don't forget...he's been out early ..well before the other arkle contenders ...therefore there's nothing to compare him too...i'd expect his stock to fall as the other big yards start to unveil there contenders for the race.
