I think this horse has a decent race in it this season. Very lightly raced and potentially very good on soft/heavy ground.

I'd have thought the Hennessey would be ideal if it came up very soft - if Denman runs he will have a nice racing weight and be one of the few horses in the handicap.

I doubt Richards will risk him in the Hennessy - a race that can destroy horses.

I was going to say that the one problem the horse may have is his trainer - he'll probaly try to find him a 3 runner race at Carlisle or KelsoCry.

Surely the horse is now old enough and experienced enough to be going for the major races - otherwise whats the bloody pointConfused

My understanding is that it will run in the Cheltenham Gold Cup if the ground is suitable

Surely he'll be trying to pick off the soft ground Irish Grade 1s (I know there's some decent Irish ones about atm but not necessarily on very soft)

He might start out running in the Betfair Chase if it is heavy but I agree it is likely it will run in ireland at some stage.

Don't forget it beat Joncol last season [>o]
