All the Naysayers excluding Tatie Baron, I will back Bekhabad and you can have the rest of the field, this horse has been Primed for this race unlike the British Horses which have usually been flogged to death come October.

What Balrog is trying to articulate is the Aga's policy of owning blue blooded broodmares with true staying genes means that by mating them with top class sires is more likely than not to breed offspring capable of staying 12 furlongs.
He is very right that the horse will win. Biggest horsey bet of the year for me. Bring on the rain. |

I'm dismissing all the 3 year old colts apart from Cape Blanco they are a poor bunch IMO.

A T, A P O'Brien has had 40 odd 3 yr old runners in Group 1 races in Britain and France since he started training in October and November with just the sole success Highway From Heaven.
This stat courtesy of Mordin who reckons AP'S 3 yr old are over the top having been trained with the Classics in mind. |

I think you can probably say that about all British and Irish 3 year olds - they are all finished by the time the Arc comes round and run in it as an afterthought. The exceptions being the absolute greats like Sea the Stars and Dancing Brave who are so good they are able to sustain their form all year. This is one reason why I discount Workforce he is not in that class.
