The key to this is the fact that Lily Again and Musharakaat ensured a fast pace in the May Hill and yet White Moonstone managed to quicken past them to win easily.  Theyskens' Theory has managed to make all in her last two races but she has yet to tackle anything of the calibre of White Moonstone.  This is the acid test for both of them.  White Moonstone is a worthy favourite and will be very hard to beat.

Although she's not good enough on all known form, Fork Handles looks considerably overpriced at 36 (at time of writing).  She started slowly in her first three races (finishing strongest of all in the Star Stakes at Sandown) and ran her best race to date last time at Deauville over 7f, again finishing well and shaping as though a step up to a mile will suit her ideally.  She shouldn't be good enough to trouble the market leaders but there would be worse 35/1 shots.

i like your confidence rowley mile m8. actually originally I was keen on white moonstone but as often happens in these close scenarios I change my mind about 1 billion times.

certainly theksens is as game as they come and if it comes down to a battle in the final furlong they'll only be one winner. I remember reading that the uphill finish at ascot makes it one of the stiffest mile courses in the country, which should be ideal for her given she looked in trouble briefly at goodwood but then seemed to outstay the opposition.  apparently dwyer thinks the world of her.

after the donny race frankie was raving in a very positive way about white moonstone as well, but I can't help think that maybe she was impressive visually because she basically beat nothing, she ran the final three furlongs 2 and half seconds slower than frankel did in a three runner conditions race. according to mordin that was because she was heavily eased, but it didn't exactly look like that on the video.

good call from james and top3, but I think the front three all emerged with credit, three very smart fillies imo.

It's easier to quicken past horses that have gone quick and are tiring than horses that have gone steady and are quickening.
