Fastbearform, if it is the same problem I have been experiencing on here for months, if it happens again you need to log out and log in again. Did you have the forum open at the time? That seems to trigger the problem.

aka, I didn't have the forum open at the time, but I shall log out and in again if I have the prob again, tbf it's the first time it has happened to me. What made me so angry was, I was in the middle of trying to get Billy Dane matched for a back, to 10% of my (small) bank and I was only a point off that, then I clicked to change the odds and the screen froze. I couldn't check if I was matched, I couldn't get the lay side to work and I was showing a £0 balance!
Actually, I did then log out to try a re-boot and it worked, just as BD went around 5's IR.
I wasn't matched on the back, so didn't lose, but the fact remains, I could have blown 10% of my bank because of that. Very bad betfair, this SHOULD NOT happen!

Yes, it is very annoying. There is quite a bit about the problem of this random login out of accounts in various threads on the Site Feedback forum. Some of the posters on there seem to be linking the problem to the introduction of the new forum. To minimise the delay when it happens to me, I use the log out tab at the top right of the page and then log straight back in. I am not a techie, but it seems to be taking Betfair a very long time to sort out the problem, as it is some months now since people started reporting on the forums that they were being logged out randomly (and getting the 'Australian wallet being prepared' message).

Bf do not give a sh.t about anyone, as long as they get their % they couldn't give two fks whether their sites freezes and cost you your hard earned.
