1.30 Ascot - Pegasus Again - same jockey/stable combination nearly landed a gamble in this race last year with a different horse but were thwarted by Castles In the Air.
Pegasus again hasn't run for 9 weeks but has gone well fresh in the past. Jockey is big plus. Can't see past Workforce in the 4.25 In the 3.15 I think it's between Side Glance and Haatheq. Both are in good form and will enjoy the step up in trip. Can't wait for tomorrow. Only found out at 5pm today that I was going. Really looking forward to it now gl to all ![]() |

At current odds I fancy Soraaya and Workforce at around 8/1 the double. My 'tissue' prices for the Princess Margaret Stakes are 2/1 Margot Did and 3/1 Soraaya, so the latter is marginally the better value. I don't fancy Catfish - I thought the maiden race she won at HQ was substandard for the track and the form doesn't look anything special. I can't see Workforce getting beaten in the King George.

* Soraaya is marginally better value because she is currently trading at around 4.7-4.8, whereas Margot Did is trading at 2.92-3.00

James, I'll be taking your advice
![]() Anyone any idea why there is a gap of 1 hour 10 minutes between the King George (6th race) and the last race (7th)? |
|

James, I was quite interested in Catfish although as MP Sweet Cecily could have her measure. The other one who interested me was Perfect Tribute, although beating nothing she is sure to improve for the step up in trip and the way she quickened up showed she could be a very good filly imo.
Think tomorrow is the big test for the Memory form line and the unexposed 3 I name all have a chance of upsetting it imo. |

ben and mythical, hope all is well with you both
![]() Your Ascot NAP for tomorrow is the truly superb Derby winner Cape Blanco! He very very easily beat Workforce there in York the last day when they met, and once again I can't realistically see that fellow posing us any problems in tomorrow's race! ![]() |

Evening sof ;)
Good luck with CB, like him a lot, think Workforce is much better than the Dante form though and will be tough to beat. Not sure about betting on it but I'm going so should be good spectacle at least, other races look more interesting for betting opportunities imo. |

Workforce 11/10. Funnily enough i got an email today from P Power who offered me 2/1 as i was picked at random by e-mail for a special offer. I tried to place 100 on it and they offered me £1.73. All that just to restrict me for winning a few hundred quid.

They knew only arbers would take that offer so got you marked now, unlucky

Agree with you there ben, a good looking card my friend and I hope you find some winners.
Colm I know for sure he's looking forward to the race, he's a lovely fellow and he'll give Cape Blanco a great spin around there. It's a huge ask but he's a tough and genuine colt the Derby winner, with a huge amount of ability and he can put it up to Workforce and let him know he's been in a race. Let's see if our fellow is good enough ![]() |

"They knew only arbers would take that offer so got you marked now, unlucky"
I've never arbed in my life. I wouldn't even have money to arb anyway as the 100 quid was all i had in the bank. They restricted me because i had a winning account in the hundreds of pounds bracket. |

Sorry Graeme, was too easy
![]() Will certainly be a tough race for all concerned sof ;) |

graeme - you should have asked them what the price was that he would not win

Anyone else fancy Crown Choice? Surely he'll be ridden to be put there on the line tomorrow. Strikes me as one who doesn't like been in front too long and Spencer just had things conspire against him the last day with 3 groups and he was stranded in between groups. What he needed was a real Spencer ride!!!! Hopefully Eddie won't do what he did on him in the Victoria. The usual up the middle route will allow him to get plenty cover. It was a good run in the Bunbury and he was beaten by in form horses . These 8/1 shots have holes in them, Yaa Wayl beat a right hound the last day and 103 isn't easy, Tagseed has beaten sum exposed yokes and the form hasn't worked out. Decent Fella has proper form but he didn't race much in his irish days and has to be a problem horse, hasn't raced for nearly 2 mths, has he had another setback? Single figure not for me. I don't like the Buckingham Palace form at all. Hasn't worked out.
Crown Choice 1pt e/w |

i've switched to toolain already
![]() on review of his races on the video form, he seems to be a very classy type with plenty of gears, a really huge well built tank. while godolphins two year old's are very hit and miss. think margot did is a lay in the princess magaret, for a start i don't see on the form lines why she should have an edge over the channon filly, who is a bigger price, plus you have god knows how many unexposed fillies running for you. alright soldier m8, it's unlike you to tip up a ballydoyle inmate [;)] cape blanco is certainly the best of obrien's 3 year old middle distance colts, but I wonder if that'll be good enough. certainly he'll fight for you but they all finished in a heap in the irish derby. maybe he's the type to only do enough. I just wish they had run him at epsom so we knew a bit more as it was surely a huge mistake going to france. On the other hand I just think this workforce could be a bit special. |

margot did is easy muny

Not much on for me today. Interest in Workforce and a small bet on Gallagher at 33/1 for the 3:50.

Woooosh check out them gears on Toolain..It still looked clueless today when it crossed the line..Plenty more left in the tank me old beauty..
