Yep it will do - hence Hawkeyethenoo running again to try and bag himself a penalty to get into the race.

Right , Im bringing this up again as Im still unclear on a few things.
IBL is 22 on the list for the Stewards cup so I take it that the horse is already in and doesnt need a penalty. So why would they risk the horse at York tomorrow when its weight would go up ? Whats the thinking behind this when they could just wait 7 days for the SC and keep the horse fresh ?? |

York's an easier race I guess. 30 grand not to be sniffed at and he has ran well there before unlike Goodwood (backed him that day lol)

:) thats my thinking for tomorrow. I really fancy this horse in the Stewards but its got an excellent run at York behind it and could win the dash. I want to back it tomorrow but I dont want to pile in and do my dough as I watch it coast through in a nice prep race for next week.

Wouldn't have thought it would be a prep, good luck, looks a good race, think the ground's a bit quicker than I expected watching tonight.
