gets collared by Oratory about a furlong out imo..........

Depends if anyone takes him on imo, he seems to hate that

Horse clearly likes Sandown and form behind Mabait is good, but stable are very short of winners.

In the last ten years there have been 19 races over a mile with 16 or more runners and no horse drawn 14 or higher has won in any of them. Stall 13 has only won once. I wonder why they have all done so badly, maybe horses drawn low and coming from behind have fared better?

Whitsun Cup last year at Sandown

Good point ben10.
But twice when winning at Sandown, had led, got headed, but came back again.Gutsy animal imo. |

Yeah he'll fight back for sure, just don't want him getting in a fight too early that's all.

If there were 4 non runners doesn't that make it a field of 13 and therefore he was actually drawn 13 or 14?

I'm with Dunno'o, Oratory and Coasting - that order.

Agree about Oratory, I think that 2nd behind Distant Memories will turn out to be an excellent pointer. I am hope it rains heavily in York all next week as I am on DM @ 48 for the john smiths cup. I think Acrostic and Hacienda also have chances in this race.
