After the blunder with Makfi it looks like it's gonna be a bumper year for Shadwell on the fillies side

Nice surprise today for them with Bethrah - let's see if this was her cup final today or if she can really give the French fillies a race including the Sheikh's Joanna and Special Duty, Rosanara & Lilliside also
I personally think the best of the lot will turn out to be Maqaasid - who won the 2yo fillies maiden at Sandown on Thursday. Ive not seen a 2yo accelerate like that for a long time.

Can see Hamdan having better 2 year olds than Maqaasid, looks a sprinter too, will be interesting competition for Meow at Royal Ascot perhaps?
