This is exactly what people said last year. Sariska,Midday and High Heeled did their fair share of winning though imo.

Counting down the days until the Paddy Power meeting.
Flat racing is in trouble this year. |

Oaks is rarely won by a really good horse. Ouija Board, User Friendly etc are the exceptions.

It's hard to say what kind of race it is until after it has ran. Is it beyond any hope that 4 horses similar to last years top 4 can come out of this ?

No point getting stuck into these volatile antepost markets, wait until the day and find the 33/1 Look Here

Was on a stag, just saw timepiece. If she wanted, she coulda made a fool of that lot. It seemed to be her choice to slow down but coulda motored away! Blinkers needed?

Timepiece reminds me of Passage of Time - a 10f filly imo.

Really wide open race but still think Timepiece has more to offer if delivered late.

You said it Pret, Paddy Power and Hennessy. Like the look of Burton Port for Newbury if he is left on his latest mark of 152. Sorry to hijack an Oaks thread with this.

Agree harcon. Hennessy Gold Cup is better than all classics put together. I like Burton Port, don't laugh but I think he could be a Gold Cup candidate. Personally I have had Knockara Beau down as a Hennessy horse since 2009, and his RSA run has strengthened the case. Glad he didn't damage his handicap mark at aintree.
