Was up at Noel Wilsons yard yesterday morning and got a good look at Hunters Belt who runs the the 4.50. He has to give a lot of weight to 2 unexpossed sorts at the front of the market but he is as big monster of a horse who is as fit as they come and is no back number as hisbumper form at the course proved. A defeat of Alverado giving him 11lbs on his debut was follwed by a 12L 4th to that same horse nto giving him 15lbs. Whilst that was a hot race with the 2nd Hillview boy earning a rateing of 91 on the flat last season the main reason for Hunters Belts defeat was the firm going. Of since he blew away the cobwebs when 7th at Wolves in Feb before taking up a Southwell Maiden 1f out 2weeks later only to be caught on the line. At 5/1 or bigger he looks an e/w bet to nothing today. |

I always thought Kempes was better on a decent surface too, he was beat at 6/4 & 1/3 earlier in the season on Heavy although See U Bob was primed for his debut that day. Zaarito has fallend 4 times in his career, 3 times over fences .. are PP really doing a faller offer ? |

Anyone any thoughts on Mubrook in the first at fairyhouse? I've backed him in all three runs since he went to Ireland. He was an 80 horse over here on the flat but was quite lightly raced and I think still perhaps had a few pounds of improvement in him. On his second run in Ireland he came from knowhere going into the last hurdle and won going away, yet was virtually unseen on his other two runs.

TV I'm not sure if I'll back him yet. Not sure about the form of his win to be honest, it looked to easy to be true, particularly when compared to his other two runs.

Roberto Goldback will love the ground and trip, but I still fancy Zaarito to win if he stands up. But it's between these two for me. Have to go with the talent of Zaarito though.
