How do you claim those free spins on Zeus arcade?

Clicked claim free spins.  Took me to arcade.  Nothing in promotions tab so just went to Zeus.  10 free spins on top right of arcade.  3 quid down I notice its not free.  Tried to read T and C but page doesnt seem to exist, like many links on new site they dont work properly (Takes two efforts to open a scrollable forum)

I guessing the t and C's will say new customers only. 

I find often that i'm sent all sorts of promotions from betfair, and cant remember the last one that i was even eligible to use.  Rewards chest want me to earn 550 points or so to win 5 quid.  I dont gain 200 points a month unless i loss a bigger bet so again its a no reward promotion
