(AUS), had stopped riding on the run to the line. Having heard his evidence and viewed video recordings of the race the Stewards noted his explanation that the mare is usually relaxed and coasts home but today she stopped underneath him and he felt she was not herself. He added that he underestimated the stiffness of the six furlong track here at Ascot. The Stewards also drew his attention to Rule (B)59.3 Negligence By Rider

what can the stewards do? if they suspend him, would that mean he would be suspended internationally for x amount of days, or is it only confined to the UK races?
