Godolphin plans to have three runners - Blue Bunting, Genius Beast and Rumh - in the final British Classic of the season, the Ladbrokes St Leger at Doncaster on Saturday, September 10.
Dual Classic winner Blue Bunting, bidding for a fourth Group One victory this season, was confirmed for the contest over an extended mile and six furlongs following a pleasing workout this morning, Saturday, September 3.
Her trainer Mahmood Al Zarooni is also set to be represented in the Ladbrokes St Leger by Genius Beast, who took fourth in the leading trial for the Doncaster race, the Group Two sportingbet.com Great Voltigeur Stakes at York on August 17.
The Saeed bin Suroor-trained Rumh, who acted as a pacemaker for Blue Bunting when she won both the Darley Irish Oaks and the Darley Yorkshire Oaks, will be supplemented on Monday morning with the aim of ensuring a good gallop.
Blue Bunting started 2011 by winning the QIPCO 1,000 Guineas over a mile at Newmarket on May 1.
Simon Crisford, the Godolphin racing manager, commented: "Blue Bunting pleased in her workout this morning and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed gave her green light to run in the Ladbrokes St Leger."
Mahmood Al Zarooni added: "Blue Bunting looks to be in the same form as she was before the Darley Yorkshire Oaks.
"I have been pleased with her preparation for the St Leger and it is now a question of waiting until next Saturday.
"We will take a chance with Genius Beast but I think that he can run a good race in the Ladbrokes St Leger. He stays very well and all the jockeys who have ridden him have suggested this race.
"He will be staying on at the end and I am hopeful that he can make the frame."
Classic Cliche (1995), Nedawi (1998), Mutafaweq (1999), Rule Of Law (2004) and Mastery (2009) have succeeded for Godolphin in the St Leger.

The son of Galileo is a best-priced 10-1 for the Leger - the sponsors go 8-1 - having finished a distant third behind ante-post favourite Sea Moon in the Great Voltigeur Stakes at York.
"Seville is heading for the St Leger," O'Brien said. "We have other entries for the race and I'm not sure whether any of them will run."
One who will not run is Investec Oaks second Wonder Of Wonders, who had been as short as 20-1. O'Brien added: "Wonder Of Wonders is in the Ladbrokes St Leger but is unlikely to run. We're thinking of dropping her down in trip and she could go for the Prix de l'Opera."

Title-chasing jockey Kieren Fallon has picked up the ride on Brown Panther in Saturday's Ladbrokes St Leger at Doncaster.
Tom Dascombe's charge has been ridden by Richard Kingscote on all seven of his previous starts but Fallon has been picked at the request of owner Michael Owen
Fallon's agent Terry Norman said: "Kieren will be riding Brown Panther in the Leger.
"Tom rang this morning and said that he and Michael (Owen, owner) wanted Kieren to ride.
"He's delighted to be able to ride a horse that has a good chance on the form book."

THERE were no major surprises within the 11-strong Ladbrokes St Leger line-up revealed at Monday's confirmation stage, when Godolphin pacemaker Rumh was supplemented for the race at cost to connections of £45,000.
The addition of Rumh leaves Godolphin triple handed for the 1m6f race, with second favourite Blue Bunting andoutsider Genius Beast also due to head to Doncaster.
Wonder Of Wonders, 33-1 for the St Leger with Ladbrokes, remains in the race, although trainer Aidan O'Brien said on Sunday the Oaks second wasunlikely to run. The Ballydoyle trainer revealed he prefers the Prix de l'Opera for the filly.
In updated betting, Ladbrokes have Sea Moon as their 11-8 favourite, Blue Bunting 4-1, and Census 5-1.

starting to think none can win - then keep mulling over genius beast,its too big a price ,ran well here,only a couple of lengths short - could be a shock result.
