Asked for a price in the 4.25 The Wokingham and after a long gap operator came back with I'm sorry sir but can't find a horse with that name!
I guess operators do not need to have any horse racing knowledge to work there anymore.

there is a good chance you were probably speaking to a temporary agent as they have employed a lot of new people to help with royal ascot, they do the same fo cheltenham and the grand national. If they didnt do this there would be people like yourself whinging that you had to wait 5-10 mins to get through to someone and because you have waited until the last possible moment to place your bet you have ended up missing the race

I never said you were placing a bet at the last possible moment, I said this was the reason why they have taken temporary staff on and the reason you were most likely speaking to someone who isnt up to speed with horse racing. Try reading the post you inbecile

says it all really when all you can come back with is picking up on a typo. Someone makes an error regarding a bloody horse race and the first thing you think of doing is jumping on here and letting everyone know. What a sad individual you really are.
