Comes here off the back of a career best when finishing an excellent 2nd in the french 2000 gunieas, travelled much like the best horse in that race and looked a very classy individual with loads of speed, the winner Tin Horses form stacks up very well

5th in the french derby
2nd in 2 group 1's as a 2yo  to Dream Ahead and Wotten Basset

This is easily his best trip over 7f and he looks to have the beating of this field at a very generous 9/2 under an excellent trainer and jockey.

An each way bet to nothing at the prices and easily looks the bet of the race by a distance

I looked at this one but decided not to back it in the end.  The 66/1 shot which was 3rd in that French Guineas and has since been well beaten in group 3 company makes the form less compelling for me.  Was beaten a couple of lengths by Tin Horse.

Its a hard race to pick.  Strong Suit has a lot to prove and a penalty to carry but I would not be surprised if the wind operation has worked miracles.

Western Aristocrat is unbeaten but has a lot of improvement to find on the back of a narrow win in much weaker company.

Codemaster broke the track record in his last success at Newmarket and should have more to come.  Probably a worthy favourite.

Fury's run in Guineas can be discarded because of the way the race was run.  His next start was a narrow defeat to a decent Stoute horse and he has a chance too.

7f looks ideal. Have backed it and really like this one

I have backed this one also, but set up an in running lay as I can see it hitting the front travelling strongly but may get done on the line!

i fancy this as well. home challenge looks very weak for a jersey.

Fury out?

Dammit, rule 4 then. Never fancied him tbh

Imo you have to look past the form of the third in the French Guineas, instead look at the way the horse has quickened in it's last 2 runs. HS has a serious turn off foot and I personally think he should be favourite.
Tin Horse also ran respectably in the French Derby before finding little in the closing stages

Not sure if there's any value left in the price now but Codemaster is a worthy fav and not one I'd oppose.
