Good ground expected for Royal Ascot, with showers forecast, so why is the idiot clerk of the course talking about watering! Nothing p!sses me of more!

Regarding the ground, I have no objection to jump courses wanting safe ground but on the flat they should water to 'maintain' not 'alter' going. Then it p!sses down & it turns into a swamp.
