will this horse be allowed to run in the epsom derby, after running in the kentucky derby. what are the rules regarding horses coming into england from america?

Dr Devious and Bold Arangement both ran in the Derby after the Kentucky Derby. Massive run from MoH on Saturday night, I thought. A player if he turns up on the Downs, surely?
