Out of a passion for racing in particular greyhounds and a love of computer coding, I have created the following service

It makes tradeable predictions that are profitable over time on every race allowing you to see where the edge may be.
It's currently offering one free random racecard per day across all races, but for a small amount you can subscribe for all UK and even Aus races

yep it would, the model will update later then if there's non-runner - when it obtained the info earlier there wasn't one
good point for me to model actually having a vacant trap next door, probably isn't really in the model it definitely works better on 6 dog races I'm adding some more components to the explainability piece, prob haven't got time now but lets see, will post if i do. Just thinks across 70 different scores that T1 just has the edge relative to the others, it's a close race. any other race you interested in? |

it got me a 180/1 forecast yesterday for £4 stake :), lucky i guess (model thinks it should have been 25/1), wasn't even a photo finish.

you'll only know if you have something worthwhile when you have compared how your %s match up against BSP
eg you have the following race with your %s & the BSP T1 20% 3.6 (+8%) T2 25% 6.2 (-9%) T3 12% 14 (-5%) T4 6% 11.5 (+3%) T5 29% 2.86 (+6%) T6 8% 18 (-2%) how do (in this example) T1,T4&T5 or T2,T3&T6 compare wins vs expected wins when you have analysed 10,000+ races are you able to do that with your software? |

yes does all that, 50000+ races, fully backtested against bsp and the prices actually being matched just before the off against modelled predictions based on % assuming commissione etc, 15-odd different stratgies, test period outside of the modelling period, so all the correct steps

depends on stakes:) and what edge you want to guarantee and trade off of ROI% versus absolute £ to be honest , so can set it wherever and different markets and race types etc etc.
am targeting low double digit ROI% |

I love analysing and looking through data as much as the last nerd
But u need not waste your time. This game that has financial baring is as corrupt as any other that controls wealth I’m afraid and everyone within it is in it for their own gains. Don’t be fooled by wasting your time with some sort of predictor because u unless involved in the corruption will never prosper! The whole game is setup to benefit those whom work in it. It’s why the regulator is so flimsy because it keeps them in a pay packet as well. In a photo finish they give it just to the closest to the camera or which one the trainer has backed! Only way to keep this running daily and people throwing hard earned down the drain under some sort of delusion that it can make a wage for u as well If your predictor worked why would u be trying to sale it |

Why sell it - the free page is just that, free and is published every single day so you can see it, it's just an AI project, I already have a very good income from a senior job.
But you could use that line for every single pundit out there, even on the stock market also there are many millionaires like Michael Burry etc, why would they have substacks publishing their trades and recommendations, because they enjoy it! But I hear you on the corruption and inside knowledge. It's very clear that most of the price is actually unexplained statistically this must go on, but if you can get a big enough edge through advanced analytics that can offset it or maybe you can use both to trade it The recommendations will be stopped soon, I didn't expect it to work so well over it's first few months that's why I took to making it into a product. I'm happier if people don't buy it for now |

Still predicting very well, got the top 1-2 yesterday, and the winner again today. Would have turned £1 in May to £45 today now! May have to stop giving these away free.
