i had bets placed before the start of the round matched after the semis had finished?

I had the same in one of earlier rounds too. Since then been making sure I cancelled them beforehand.
I think somewhere in their terms and conditions they say whilst they aim to cancel all unmatched before first race it is not guaranteed. Not good enough I know. I hope it’s not too costly for you? Btw in my case it was laying dogs who were already through, I think if you got matched backing something that had already been knocked out you may have a better chance off getting it cancelled. Good luck with that though, the customer service people are shocking and got no idea about betting in my experience. |

Unbeleivable, i got the below reply and an attachment stating all unmatched bets will be cancelled at the start of each round. If thats true how can bets placed on Saturday at 16.45 get matched at 22.25?
