I'll watch the open racing tonight but I'm not exactly overly impressed with Oxford either and certainly not as a punting medium.

Bombardier is a non runner in the 20.03 @ Oxford.

They don't tend to breed stayers anymore and more interested in two bend nonsense nowadays.

more than that case havana lover got its head caught in the rails of the traps and was lifted in the air absolutely sickening then the coonts did not even void the race....the following race night time danny got his head hit by the traps leaving a wound about an inch from his eye......if you can stomach it there are videos and photos on greyhound scene......something has to be done if not by the gbgb because they are mismanaged or the trainers because of their fear of losing their livelihood then perhaps the owners have got to say enough is enough and refuse to let their greyhounds run at the boothby tracks until proper management and equipment is in place........

Race should have been Voided  ,I had the cast was amazed when the race was given the so called Green Light ,KHAN went off on one and fair Play to him TBH

Kevin has put a lot into the Sport ,But sadly there have been many issues

Was an Incident of the Traps firing back down in a sprint the other night at Towc ,yet this is all passed off and races not voided

I honestly cannot remember anything like this in the past , I was at the City one night there was 3 foot of Snow outside the Stadium a Full blown Blizzard , but yet the Meeting was completed with no Issues ,only a couple of Non runners ,Trainer not making it .

One in infield but still race was ducking over voided it

they have put the oxford traps out of use and are taking the harlow traps to oxford for the hunt cup.....the trips that use the flawed equipment will not be used until the replacement traps have been installed......still putting a sticking plaster over a gaping wound but at least there has been some recognition.....amazing that the races which has created this situation were not voided.....just shows how much pressure is being applied to the racing office....
