Oxford and Towcester never seem to be far away from a **** up.
Oxford failed to notify SIS and bookies of non runner in 8.43..was betting on it all the way until the off. Anyone that bet the winner is paid at the SP, anyone that has bet the 2nd will feel aggrieved the make up of the race changed. No winners in this situation. Another Boothby track shocker

According to the commentary on replay , 4 led up from 1 then we got 326 and 5
