Scots businessman made bankrupt by own nephew over £400,000 debt

Bookmaker Billy King Jr took his retired 82-year-old uncle Hugh King to court after lending him the money more than three years ago.

I'm not at all critical of the nephew.  He came up with the dosh when asked by his uncle and has not done anything wrong that I can see.  I know that many such Glasgow business transactions are not treated nearly as civilly as this when they go wrong!
Shame on the old fella.
