Shame the old chap parading the dog didnt look up to the job, that said no way should the dog have been manhandled

was that the dog that got loose before the handicap? i thought they would have had the vet over to check before loading etc..

Should be one at every meeting.

Perry Barr ( as I recall ) got into bother years ago for not replacing an absent vet. and running without one. The inevitable happened and two dogs got seriously injured with no on-track treatment available. I think the track was heavily fined. I hope that rule still applies today.

I remember Kinsley as a flapping track and very little has changed from those days.
