Last night 21-26 Yarmouth. Race run and result declared but Betfair mistake robs customer of winnings.
How can it be that Betfair forget to close the dog market on off and then void the race costing customers profits.
Surely they can void everything after the off time and payout on bets before but no, too LAZY to rectify their mistake.
DISGRACEFUL.

5 was a Non runner was left in the Market , there was Plenty of Money for the winner after it won

You know only people working for them at them times Tea lady’s washer uppers , got make sure , cross all the dots Befor making bet with them cos there not going worry about late non runner After 9pm from Yarmouth ffs Hard to take it’s not your fault but got be savvy now days |

Happens time and again that betfair fail to withdraw non runners. If they can't manage the markets properly then they shouldn't be offering them.
