Placed a bet in this race, watched the race on the Betfair video player, trap 3 won the race (my bet), now stake has been returned but no winnings paid?

Five vacant traps at Yarmouth last night.
No reserves but for some reason a reserve was included in the Betfair market for the 6.59 race. Therefore, all bets void. |
