Whitmarsh & Mr.Memory would no doubt have filled in the blanks in their time. Tracks like Stamford Bridge, Watford, West Ham, Dagenham, Park Royal and so on. I'm pretty sure Mr. Memory said he was a regular at Wandsworth in the 50's and 60's as well.
By:
Whitmarsh and Mr Memory are probably Regulars at the Pearly Gates track ,where hopefully all their old favourites are on the graded strength .

My grandfather took me to wandsworth when I was a kid. He also took me to Park Royal . I blame him. R I P !

A couple of others i remember back in the early 80s i went to a meeting at Ipswich when i was on a settling course for Joes at Halstead.
Skegness had a track about the same time, took a dog there one night won by 12 lengths over a sprint trip, the others must have been dire. Also Wisbech flap and ngrc |
